    李建強現任澳門城市大學金融學院教授。長期從事綠色金融、能源金融、可持續金融領域。入選”ScholarGPS全球前0.05%學者”、 “全球前2%科學家”、 “中國高被引學者”、“高等教育國家級教學成果獎“。在Web of Science上H指數89，累計被引用超過2萬餘次。發表論文在FT50 (ABS4*)等期刊, 擔任Energy Economics、Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews、Applied Economics、Economic Analysis and Policy等多本期刊編輯，以人工智能, 綠色金融, 能源轉型等主題開設特刊。

(Linguistic Capital, Social Capital, and Self-Employment of Rural-Urban Migrants in China)

Abstract:

    The entrepreneurship literature has focused on the communicative function of language, but has rarely examined linguistic capital’s effects on entrepreneurship, particularly that of dialect similarity. This research explores the role of dialect similarity in self-employment of rural-urban migrants and how social capital including networks and trust mediates the role of dialect similarity in a developing economy setting. Analyzing the dataset from the China Migrants Dynamic Survey, we argue that rural-urban migrants who speak a dialect similar to the place of residence have a higher likelihood of engaging in self-employment, and that social capital plays a positive mediating role in self-employment decisions.
